The houses on Duncan and Arla are very great exquisite homes. They seem to be very confortable. Both homes have a few things in common and different. They may look alike from the outside but the inside and back tend to be very different. The house on Duncan and Arla have the same price but thats just the outside logo, the real thing is in the inside.
The house on Duncan Is a great home. It outer layer is made out of bricks. It contains a big backyard which allows a lot of mobility over the summer and winter for kids. The car port is a must. Everyone would prefer a private parking than public and thats a fact. The inside sounds pretty good. It contains two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a dinning room. During the winter we all have to pay our heating bill. Some homes you pay a lot but in this one its just a simple $40 for March. Overall this home sounds perfect and its complete cost comes around $90,000.
The house on Arla is another great home. The outside is covered with wood. It contains a car port which is very demanding now a days. The heating is quite expensive. It is about $120.
The interior of the house contains pretty much the same as the Duncan's. It contains two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a dinning room. This home sadly does not contain a backyard, something that upsets the customers. The overall price of this house on Arla is around $90,000.
Both homes have an equal total of 90,000. The Duncan home brings a lot more in its package. It has a big backyard meanwhile the Arla home does not. The outside wall of the Duncan is made out of bricks something thats extremely good depending in the area. On the other hand the Arla home consist's of wood which has to be painted from time to time. The bills make a big difference in these homes. The duncan March heatin is $40.00 something the Arla home can't compete against knowing that their bill is $120.00.
These two houses consist ofsame price but they do have their similarities. They have two bedrooms one bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a dinning room. Something that every home should have as a minimum. They both have a car port, which in all cases is a must for the buyer. They overall price is equally $90,000.
The two homes, Dunca and Arla, are greatly described. They both have their pros nd cons but in my oppinion i would most gratefully suggest the Duncan. It contains a lot more characterisitc's than Arla. They are both the same price yet though Arla conntains a lot less. There is not second thought that Duncan over powers the house on Arla.
