Comparison and Contrast essay/ Duncan, Arla

The houses on Duncan and Arla are very great exquisite homes. They seem to be very confortable. Both homes have a few things in common and different. They may look alike from the outside but the inside and back tend to be very different. The house on Duncan and Arla have the same price but thats just the outside logo, the real thing is in the inside.

The house on Duncan Is a great home. It outer layer is made out of bricks. It contains a big backyard which allows a lot of mobility over the summer and winter for kids. The car port is a must. Everyone would prefer a private parking than public and thats a fact. The inside sounds pretty good. It contains two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a dinning room. During the winter we all have to pay our heating bill. Some homes you pay a lot but in this one its just a simple $40 for March. Overall this home sounds perfect and its complete cost comes around $90,000.
The house on Arla is another great home. The outside is covered with wood. It contains a car port which is very demanding now a days. The heating is quite expensive. It is about $120.
The interior of the house contains pretty much the same as the Duncan's. It contains two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a dinning room. This home sadly does not contain a backyard, something that upsets the customers. The overall price of this house on Arla is around $90,000.

Both homes have an equal total of 90,000. The Duncan home brings a lot more in its package. It has a big backyard meanwhile the Arla home does not. The outside wall of the Duncan is made out of bricks something thats extremely good depending in the area. On the other hand the Arla home consist's of wood which has to be painted from time to time. The bills make a big difference in these homes. The duncan March heatin is $40.00 something the Arla home can't compete against knowing that their bill is $120.00.

These two houses consist ofsame price but they do have their similarities. They have two bedrooms one bathroom, living room, kitchen, and a dinning room. Something that every home should have as a minimum. They both have a car port, which in all cases is a must for the buyer. They overall price is equally $90,000.

The two homes, Dunca and Arla, are greatly described. They both have their pros nd cons but in my oppinion i would most gratefully suggest the Duncan. It contains a lot more characterisitc's than Arla. They are both the same price yet though Arla conntains a lot less. There is not second thought that Duncan over powers the house on Arla.

Compraison and contrast essay

Miqueas and I have many things we like and dislike. We tend to compete on who works out the most, we have different views about sports, and we tend to do a lot during our personal time. We use our time for things that will benfit us for a future use, so pretty much all we do now is for us to use in college.

Miqueas and I have been working out for quite a while. Ever since i first came into this class we have gotten to know each other through that one specific topic. We compete against each other, seeing who gets the most progress in a certain amount of time. We both tend to lift more than our own weight. At times we just become lazy and make jokes just to have a good time. For us the gym is a must. We don't abuse it we take advantage of it. We look at it as if it were to be teaching us something for better use. Throughout the time we've noticed we simply can't live without it.

Throughout time we have noticed a bunch of differences. Just for the fact that we work out he still beats me by a lot! Me, i just try to keep up. I try my best when he tries his worst. I just think that the day he tries his best i would probably be devastated. He tends to lift about 235 when I can barely lift 185. He has a lot more experience than me.

Miqueas and I love sports. We just can't live without it. A sport is like a parent to us. Can't picture yourself without them. The day we stop playing sports will be most likely when we get to old to play, but lets not get to that point. We have become very athletic throughout our lives, playing our favorite games when we can and trying new things.

Even though Miqueas likes sports like I do we tend to have a different taste. Meanwhile he plays soccer which is a very fun game, yet though I don't play it very well. On the other hand my sports are more like football, handball, and a whole bunch of other thing's on wheels. That is pretty much one thing we cannot have in common, the sports we play.

During our daily lives we tend to hang out and have fun. Some of us stay home, but Miqueas and I stay home chilling when were tired and exhausted. Something that can barely happen to us since we barely come by our houses. We pretty much can't stand the fact to be home doing absolutely nothing when we can go outside and hangout for the meantime.

On the other hand, Miqueas works most of the time. Something i wish i could do since a job at places u want are becoming harder to get. Luckily he managed to find a nice job which pays a fair amount. So throughout the time i pretty much became lazy in finding a job since most of them require a minimum age or dedication to the job.

So in general, the fact that we tend to be pretty much different, we have a lot in common. People really can be shocked in the things that you can find out about stranger when you compare it with your daily life. Who ever knew that we had anything in common? If anything we have just been pretty good friends.
